Return Shipping from  Anywhere in the United States and

Canada is Always FREE.We want you to be fully satisfied with every item you purchase from Tastee Shoes.You can return your qualifying order within 30 days of purchase provided the following conditions are met:

All items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged and with their original tags were applicable.All items must be complete and in their original packaging.

Merchandise that does not satisfy these requirements may not qualify for a refund.Returns are simple, we'll give you a prepaid return-shipping label and a refund for the amount you paid for the returning item, minus a $3.55 restocking fee per item.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If you are approved for a refund, the refund will be applied via the original payment method and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a period of 7 days.
  • Items should be mailed to, not the manufacture
  • Credits can take an additional 2 - 10 business days to post to your account, depending on your credit card.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Change or Cancel An Order 

All orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.If you have paid for your order and need to make a change or cancel it,you need to contact us within 24 hours.

If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size,color or style. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorize you to do so.

We can exchange your items for another size, color, or style.If the item you wish to exchange with is no longer in stock, we will notify you, and a refund will be issued or you can select another product with the same price.

Our exchange process is slightly from others because we want to you to get your new order fast! The funds from your original order will be immediately transferred to your new order when an exchange is initiated.We will use these funds to process your order exchange prior to receiving your original order back.We require the original order be returned within 30 days,though during the holiday season (November 1 – January 1) we'll give you up to 90 days from the purchase date.
