All orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.If you have paid for your order and need to make a change or cancel it,you need to contact us within 24 hours .Once an order has been packaged and shipped it can no longer be cancelled.
We want you to be fully satisfied with every item you purchase from TasteeShoes. If, for whatever reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will accept returns within 30 days of purchase provided the following conditions are met:
All items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
All items must be complete and in their original, undamaged packaging.
Returns received more than 30 days after date of shipment will not be accepted and will be returned to sender.
You will get a full refund if your order does not arrive within the delivery time promised or specified by the seller or you can request a reshipment of your order.If a wrong order is shipped to you you can request a refund or we can reship your order.
If your item is significantly different from the seller’s product description, you can A: Return it and get a full refund, or B: Get a partial refund and keep the item.
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be refunded.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a period of 7 days.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size,color or style. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.
We can exchange your items for another size, color, or style.If the item you wish to exchange with is no longer in stock, we will notify you, and a refund will be issued or you can select another product with the same price.
