I ordered 2+ items but only received one. Where is my full order?

We have a wide range of products not stocked in-house. Although you ordered multiple items at the same time, they may be shipped separately from our partners. You may receive one item before the next. So don`t panic if you don`t receive them all at once. They are on their way.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer free shipping for all our products worldwide.

How do you ship your packages?

Our Packages are shipped by ePacket from our Warehouses in China.

Do you provide tracking?

Yes you will receive an email once your order has been shipped,that provides you with your tracking information.If you have not received tracking information for your order please contact us.

My tracking information says No information available at the moment,what do i do?

Please be patient for some shipping companies it takes 2-5 business days for tracking information to update on their systems.

What is your refund policy?

You will get a full refund if your order does not arrive within the delivery time promised or specified by the seller. If your item is significantly different from the seller’s product description, you can A: Return it and get a full refund, or B: Get a partial refund and keep the item.
