For most of our returns it takes 5-10 days for us to receive your return,inspect it and process it into our inventory to complete a full refund.It may take an additional 2-10 days after your credit has been applied to post yo your account.
If you you have paid for your order and need to cancel it, you need to contact us within 24 Hours, please note that your order can only be cancelled during the processing stage.Processing time usually takes between 1-5 days.Once the order has been shipped it cannot be cancelled.
